These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by THINKTEQ TECHNOLOGY LTD (“Thinkteq Technology”, “we”, “us”). THINKTEQ TECHNOLOGY LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 14771577). 1. Programme name and description
Programme name: THINKTEQ TECHNOLOGY LTD (brand: Thinkteq Technology).
Thinkteq Technology provides digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, web development, e-commerce, technology and business consulting services. Our SMS programme lets us text customers and prospective customers who have asked us to, using our business number +1 323 300 2806.
Messages are only sent once our SMS programme has been approved and activated with our messaging carrier, and only to people who have opted in as described below.
2. Types of messages
Customer service messages (requires the service SMS consent box), for example:
- Replies to enquiries you have submitted to us
- Quotations and follow-ups on quotations or consultations
- Appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders
- Customer support messages
- Project and service status updates
Promotional messages (requires the separate promotional SMS consent box), for example news about our services, special offers and business updates. We never send promotional texts based only on your service consent or on an existing business relationship.
3. How you opt in
You can opt in by entering your mobile number in the contact form at https://thinkteq.org/contact/ and actively ticking one or both of the optional SMS checkboxes before submitting the form. The checkboxes are unticked by default and are separate from each other and from any other terms.
Consent to receive SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of using our services. We keep a record of your consent (see our Privacy Policy). You must be 18 or over and the account holder or authorised user of the mobile number you provide.
4. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry, project or subscription. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge you for receiving our text messages.
5. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT or STOPALL) to any message from us. We will send one confirmation message and then no further messages from this programme unless you opt in again. To re-subscribe, reply START.
If you want to stop promotional texts but keep customer service texts, email info@thinkteq.org and we will update your preferences. You can also withdraw consent by contacting us using the details below.

7. Privacy
We use your mobile number and SMS consent only for the messaging purposes you agreed to. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
8. Carrier and delivery disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device and network coverage, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered. Our SMS programme is intended mainly for mobile numbers in the United States; messages to other countries are subject to local law and availability.
9. Changes to these SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Material changes to the type of messages we send will not apply to you without the appropriate consent.
